Our suites range in size from approximately 90  to 144 square feet and are fully furnished with the equipment for a salon. Suites can be altered to fit your individual trade.

As a tenants, you are the business owner and have sole access to your suite.  Running your own business, you have the ability to set your own schedule, determine what services to offer and what to charge for those services.

We have taken the large costs associated with  building a new salon out of the equation so you can concentrate on running your business.
